  1. By subscribing to AskAndrés, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Service Overview
      AskAndrés provides personal assistance and concierge services for expats in Spain. Services are delivered remotely (primarily via WhatsApp) and may include calls, bookings, administrative support, and coordination with local services.

    2. Subscription Plans
      Services are offered through monthly subscription plans (Starter, Support, Concierge). Each plan includes a defined number of requests or fair use access.

    A “request” is defined as a reasonable task that can typically be completed within a short time frame. Complex or time-intensive tasks may count as multiple requests.

    1. Fair Use
      Unlimited plans are subject to fair use to ensure service quality for all clients. Excessive or unreasonable usage may result in limitations, rescheduling, or a recommendation to adjust plans.

    2. Communication
      All services are delivered primarily via WhatsApp and email. Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and necessary information to complete tasks.

    3. Availability & Response Times
      AskAndrés aims to respond as quickly as possible during business hours. Priority response is provided to higher-tier plans. Response times may vary depending on workload and task complexity.

    4. Payments
      Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments. Prices may be updated with prior notice.

    5. Cancellation
      You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts are required.

    6. Scope of Service
      AskAndrés acts as an assistant and intermediary. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties such as government offices, service providers, or companies.

    7. Client Responsibilities
      You must provide accurate and complete information. AskAndrés is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

    8. Liability
      To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskAndrés is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid during the relevant subscription period.

    9. Data Protection
      Personal data is processed in accordance with Spanish and EU data protection laws (GDPR and LOPDGDD) and is only used to deliver the service.

    10. Changes
      These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
